Live Coaching Calls
30, 60, or 90-Minute Options Available
Rate: $397/hr
Feeling lost when it comes to tech? Wanting clarity on a project or to have a Done-With-You (DWY) call so you can see my methods and watch me work? This call is for you!
On these calls, anything is fair game. You’ve got me for the full amount of time you scheduled. No red tape.
You’ll be surprised (and 100% delighted) when you see how much we can get through in so little time.
These calls are great for anyone who is unsure where to start or where to go next, those who want to understand how to manage their tech after the initial setup, or if you are interested in a one-on-one training session with me for yourself (or your staff!)
If you are unsure of what call to schedule, please email me at info@lexlancaster.com, and I can direct you toward a 30, 60, or 90-minute call. A 60-minute call is the best place to start for 99% of people.
Please note: While there is absolutely no red tape, there are some things I cannot effectively execute on a coaching call and will require scheduled backend work to be booked. Ex. copywriting. I do not want to write copy while I am on a Zoom call with you, and I promise you do not want that either.
Scheduled Backend Work
Work is billed at an hourly rate and completed asynchronously on my calendar (no live call required).
Rate: $397/hr
This option is for when you want the work handled for you. You tell me what needs to be done, or we agree on a clear plan, and I take it from there. If you just want it all handled for you with minimal back-and-forth, this is usually the right option for you.
Your time is reserved on my calendar specifically for your work. During that time, I’m focused on implementing, fixing, building, or cleaning up whatever we’ve scoped, without you needing to be present.
This is ideal if you:
Don’t want to be hands-on or on a call
Want tasks checked off correctly and efficiently
Prefer to offload backend work and move on with your day
Common uses include website edits, SEO cleanup, integrations, course updates, automations, tech troubleshooting, and general backend organization.

My coaching calls and done-for-you tech options are for the person who needs to have their tech problems solved (if you hate technology and have no idea what you’re doing, you’re in the right place). And nothing is off limits. No “that’s not included in this call” or “you have to book this other thing to get that answer”. You’ve got me to answer whatever questions you have/execute on whatever tasks we plan out for the amount of time you book with me.
