My SEO work is built around real people, real search behavior, and real businesses. Not shortcuts, dashboards, or volume-based tactics. I don’t outsource your work, and I don’t optimize for Google at the expense of the humans on the other side of the screen.
Three things that are extremely important to me:
SEO is not a quick fix, and I won’t sell it as one. Sustainable visibility comes from thoughtful strategy, clear messaging, and consistent implementation over time.
I work with one business per town, per business type, inside my retainer service. I will not take on two clients competing for the same search position because I cannot ethically help both reach the top. Your visibility should never come at the expense of another client’s trust. I do offer one-off help for those in similar towns, but not ongoing monthly retainer support.
You will always know exactly what I’m doing and why. My SEO services include a clear scope, documented deliverables, and transparent communication. This is not a “pay me and hope I’m doing something” situation.
This is not an SEO Agency. It’s 1-1 and personal.
I work directly with business owners to build SEO that makes sense to both search engines and people. No outsourcing your work, no bulk strategies, no optimizing for traffic that doesn’t convert, and no strategies that will show you a quick win that Google will ultimately punish you for.

Everything is handled for you with clarity and transparency and I’ll save you from spending countless hours on Google and DIYing it.
You will walk away with a website that is no longer working against you from an SEO standpoint, plus a realistic, sustainable plan for what comes next.

Done-For-You SEO Retainer Service
Monthly, done-for-you SEO for business owners who want the benefits of SEO without managing it themselves.
This retainer is designed for consistent visibility growth through strategic, hands-on implementation. I handle the strategy, optimization, and execution so nothing is left half-done or lost in translation.
We move through my signature SEO process in the first three months, then shift into ongoing optimization and growth based on what your website and audience need most. A three-month commitment is required, with six months recommended for sustainable results.
This is a waitlist-only service with very limited availability.
Available for Squarespace websites only.
Investment: $897 per month
Optional add-on: Blog writing at $100 per month (one post)

Monthly SEO strategy and performance insight for business owners who want guidance without done-for-you implementation. I tell you what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next.

Each month, you receive a clear picture of how your website is performing, along with prioritized SEO and content recommendations you can implement on your own timeline. This service provides structure, accountability, and clarity, without hands-on execution.
Most clients benefit from a 3–6 month timeframe for meaningful insight and progress.

Rate: $397/hr
Feeling lost when it comes to tech? Wanting clarity on a project or to have a Done-With-You (DWY) call so you can see my methods and watch me work? This call is for you!
On these calls, anything is fair game. You’ve got me for the full amount of time you scheduled. No red tape.
You’ll be surprised (and 100% delighted) when you see how much we can get through in so little time.
These calls are great for anyone who is unsure where to start or where to go next, those who want to understand how to manage their tech after the initial setup, or if you are interested in a one-on-one training session with me for yourself (or your staff!)
If you are unsure of what call to schedule, please email me at info@lexlancaster.com, and I can direct you toward a 30, 60, or 90-minute call. A 60-minute call is the best place to start for 99% of people.
Please note: While there is absolutely no red tape, there are some things I cannot effectively execute on a coaching call and will require scheduled backend work to be booked. Ex. copywriting. I do not want to write copy while I am on a Zoom call with you, and I promise you do not want that either.
Scheduled Backend Work
Work is billed at an hourly rate and completed asynchronously on my calendar (no live call required).
Rate: $397/hr
This option is for when you want the work handled for you. You tell me what needs to be done, or we agree on a clear plan, and I take it from there. If you just want it all handled for you with minimal back-and-forth, this is usually the right option for you.
Your time is reserved on my calendar specifically for your work. During that time, I’m focused on implementing, fixing, building, or cleaning up whatever we’ve scoped, without you needing to be present.
This is ideal if you:
Don’t want to be hands-on or on a call
Want tasks checked off correctly and efficiently
Prefer to offload backend work and move on with your day
Common uses include website edits, SEO cleanup, integrations, course updates, automations, tech troubleshooting, and general backend organization.
