In this episode, I walk through exactly who SEO School is designed for and how to decide if it’s actually a good fit for you. I share a few personal updates, including finally feeling like I’m on the other side of a long health journey and experimenting with using a Whoop band to better understand my recovery and training data. I also talk through some recent business updates, including changes to my discovery call process and the fact that I’m currently at capacity with my done-for-you services.
From there, I dive into SEO School. This is the 10th cohort, and I’ve made a few structural changes based on what I’ve learned from running the program over the past several rounds. I also explain how I’ve been rethinking where SEO School fits inside my business. Instead of building my business around the course, I’m now making sure the course fits within the broader ecosystem of my done-for-you work.
